Information & Referral/Assistance (I&RA) functions as DACL’s intake assessment and referral unit for programs in health education and social services. The unit provides a single, coordinated system for information sharing and access to long-term services aimed at navigating care options and promoting independence and choice.
Intake for programs and services are available to adults age 60 and older, individuals with disabilities (ages 18 to 59), and their caregivers.
