We want to learn from you! Click here to sign up or call (202) 715-7534 today to be part of the Future of Aging project.

Future of Aging (FOA) is a new project from the Department of Aging and Community Living (DACL) focused on increasing accessibility and awareness of the Department’s programming to seniors, adults with disabilities, and people who care for them.

The Future of Aging project is looking for community members to participate in workshops, listening sessions, and other activities. If you're in one of the following groups, we want to hear from you:

  • Adults 50 years and older who are DC residents
  • Adults 18 years and older living with a disability who are DC residents
  • Caregivers or people who provide regular care or support for an adult who is a DC resident
  • Senior service professionals in DC

Activities will be held in various locations across the city. Additionally, there are options to participate virtually or over the phone – we will make accommodations to fit your needs.

Every participant’s information will be kept confidential and nothing you say could affect any current services you are receiving.

We’re interested in hearing from you whether you already know about DACL programs and services or have never heard of us. Connect with us today – email us at [email protected].

Share your perspective. Click here to sign up today or call us at (202) 715-7534.
