Join us for Falls Prevention Awareness Week!

When: Monday Sept. 21 and Tuesday Sept. 22 |10am - 1pm | Attend either day!

Where: 899 North Capitol St. NE

What: This event promotes opportunities for people of all ages to stay active and independent. There will be free screenings, activities, & resources for everyone such as a balance test, medication review, and home safety education. In addition to learning about fall prevention, all attendees will receive free snacks and fun giveaways!

Registration: Registration is not required but highly encouraged to help us plan for the event (Particularly for large groups)
